PRESCOTT, Ariz. – Davidson's, a leading national wholesaler of firearms, ammunition, optics, cutlery, and accessories, will be broadcasting a Dealer Education Seminar on its interactive livestream Davidson's LIVE on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 12 noon Eastern time.

In its sixth year, Davidson's LIVE has positioned itself as an authoritative source of industry information for Davidson's nationwide network of FFL retailers. Product launches, promotions, and brand stories are just part of what sets Davidson's LIVE apart.

In addition to those segments, Davidson's LIVE also presents Dealer Education Seminars to help with ATF compliance, store security, changes in regulations, and more.

Several states have public nuisance laws on the books, and some are targeting FFL holders. Virginia, in particular, is set to enact a public nuisance law effective July 1, 2026, that allows the Attorney General, local governments, and individuals to sue firearm industry members for creating a "public nuisance" through unlawful or unreasonable manufacturing, marketing, or sales practices.

This dealer education seminar will address these laws as well as others and provide FFL retailers with guidance on how to protect their business.

Guests on the show will be Wally Nelson and Chris Renzulli. Wally is a retired ATF Deputy Assistant Director with thirty years of ATF experience. He currently serves on the National Shooting Sports Foundation Compliance Consultant Team. Chris is a partner with Renzulli Law Firm, LLP which is a litigation and counselling practice with a national presence that has a special concentration in firearms, shooting ranges, and sporting goods industries.
