Berger Bullets Selected for USSOCOM M1200 6.5 Creedmoor Ammunition

Berger 6.5mm 140 Grain OTM bullets have been selected for loading in the M1200 6.5 Creedmoor Special Ball Long-Range Ammunition for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

Capstone Precision Group, manufacturers of Berger Bullets and Ammunition, will load Berger 140 Grain OTM's in several million M1200 6.5 Creedmoor rounds in their Mesa, Arizona Manufacturing facility. Capstone was awarded the M1200 contract as an approved supplier for the Special Operations Unique Munitions Requirements (SUMR) program.

M1200 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge requirements are to deliver exceptional long-range precision and reliability while suppressed, when fired from USSOCOM's advanced semi-automatic weapon platforms capable of engagements beyond 1,500 meters. Berger will ensure premium quality 6.5mm 140 Grain OTM projectiles are loaded in M1200 6.5 Creedmoor ammunition for USSOCOM special operators deployed worldwide.
