KDG Officially Completes Brand Transition, Reinforcing a Clear Identity Built on Innovation

KDG today announced the official completion of its transition to the KDG brand identity, marking the culmination of a strategic initiative designed to strengthen the company's presence in the marketplace while reinforcing more than a decade of engineering innovation.

The transition reflects a name already embraced by dealers, distributors, sales representatives, and customers throughout the firearms industry. With the rollout now complete across its primary customer touchpoints, KDG enters its next chapter with a clear, unified identity that better represents the company its partners have known for years.

While the name has evolved, everything that defines KDG remains exactly the same.

Every product continues.

Every warranty remains in place.

Every engineering standard, every customer relationship, and every commitment to quality moves forward unchanged.

That was always the objective.

The transition was never about reinventing the company—it was about removing unnecessary friction so dealers, distributors, and end users can immediately recognize the brand behind the products they already trust.

"The transition gives us a clean identity to stand behind," said Chris Bardugone, Director of Sales & Marketing for KDG. "But our reputation has never been built on a name alone. It's been built on innovative products, strong dealer relationships, and solving real-world problems for our customers. The KDG name simply makes that easier to recognize."

Today, KDG's product portfolio continues to focus on four core categories designed to solve practical challenges for modern firearm owners:

Every product KDG develops begins with the same engineering philosophy: identify a real-world problem and build the best solution available. Products are never created simply to follow market trends or fill catalog space—they are designed to improve performance, usability, and the overall experience for the end user.

"We've never measured success by how many products we release," said Stephen Duhaime, Owner & Managing Director of KDG. "We've measured it by whether those products solve problems better than anything else available. That philosophy built this company, and it's exactly what the KDG name will continue to represent for years to come."

With the transition now complete across digital platforms, dealer communications, marketing materials, trade show assets, and product packaging, KDG is positioned to move forward with a stronger, more recognizable identity while continuing to expand its product offerings and support its growing dealer network.

"The name is now simpler," Bardugone added. "Our mission isn't. We'll continue doing what we've done since day one—building innovative products, supporting our dealers, and delivering solutions that make firearms more capable, more modular, and easier to use. That's what KDG has always stood for, and that's exactly what it will continue to stand for."
