MDT is expanding the ORYX Chassis System to three long action platforms: the Ruger American LA, the Remington 700 LA CIP, and the Savage LA CIP.

The ORYX is an aluminum chassis built to bring factory rifles closer to a precision setup. The action is bedded on a V-block and the barrel is free floated, giving the rifle a consistent platform to shoot from. The buttstock adjusts for length of pull and cheek height, so the shooter can build a repeatable position behind the scope instead of working around a stock that does not fit.

The chassis accepts AICS pattern magazines and AR15 pattern grips, carries M-LOK on the underside of the forend for bipods and accessories, and includes an integrated barricade stop for positional shooting. Each inlet is offered in Black, Grey, Flat Dark Earth, and Olive Drab Green.

Long action inlets cover the chamberings most common in factory field and hunting rifles. The ORYX is built for the shooter who wants bedded, free floated accuracy and a stock that fits, without moving to a custom action.
