Hancock Wins Another Gold Medal at 2019 ISSF World Cup

(Accokeek, MD) Team Beretta shooter Vincent Hancock recently won his second ISSF World Cup gold medal of the 2019 season in Changwon, Korea.

Hancock, a two-time Olympic gold medalist, claimed the 12th World Cup gold medal of his remarkable career with his exceptional performance at the same venue where he won his first ISSF gold medal fourteen years ago. He has now brought home his fifth straight ISSF World Cup win and sixth straight international victory.

As the reigning ISSF World Champion, Hancock made history last season as the first men’s skeet shooter to win four ISSF World Championship titles.

Hancock, who shoots with a Beretta DT11 Skeet Black Edition, began the competition with a near flawless qualification round and he entered the final round in first place with a score of 123 out of 125 targets, following a shoot-off with his fellow USA teammate Christian Elliot.

After a dominating final round, Hancock topped the podium with an excellent score of 57 out of 60 targets, besting the runner-up by four targets.

Team Beretta shooters will continue their season at the upcoming 2019 U.S. Open at M&M Hunting Preserve in Pennsville, NJ from May 12-19.
